Buda’s Vegetarian Chili
Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) can kidney beans (rinsed and drained twice)
- 1 (19 oz) can black bean soup
- 1 (15 oz) can garbonzo beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 (16 oz) can vegetarian baked beans
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1/2 large sweet onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 cloved garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
Instructions
- Combine and simmer for 2-3 hours
